Physical Therapist Responsibilities:Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques for home-based care.Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to enhance patients' mobility and reduce pain.Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical and functional limitations.Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.Physical Therapist Qualifications:
