About the Position:

Looking for an Adult Geri NP or PA in San Rafael, CA

A minimum of 3 years of primary care clinical experience is required.

Provides care to patients aged 18 to 100+.

Responsible for delivering and managing direct patient care, including physical exams, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for the assigned patient population.

Prescribes medications and treatment plans based on assessed medical conditions.

Refers patients to specialists and collaborates with other healthcare providers as needed.

Adheres to established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.

Maintains professional relationships with both staff and patients.

Performs additional tasks aligned with clinic goals and objectives as directed by the Medical Director.

Participates in care team responsibilities as outlined in the Care Team Patient-Centered Medical Home Procedures.

Completes other duties as assigned.

About the Compensation & Benefits:

Signing bonus of up to $50,000 for eligible applicants (specific program terms apply).

Competitive salary range of $135,000–$160,000 annually.
