The Union Hospital Radiology Department is currently recruiting for a Casual Parl-Time Rad Tech to work the day/evening shift.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:Complete knowledge and proficiency in the use of radiographic equipmentDeveloping and identifying radiographs; which includes proper identification of film, date and timePerforming clerical duties when necessary: receptionist and scheduling duties, completes forms on clinical, etc. and various filing dutiesCovering the Emergency Department (ED) OR, Surgi center, Portables, FluoroAssisting with the training of radiology technology studentsUsing and performing QC on PACS, Computed Radiography, and/or Digital Radiography SystemsOperating the following equipment: Seimans, Phillips, and ZiehmBurn patient CD'sRequirements:Associates Degree in Radiology ScienceRT Technologist experience preferredARRT Registered Technologist requiredMaryland licenseCertification in CPRFlexibility in hours and duties is required
