Role Highlights :Provide nursing care to residents under the supervision of RNs and physicians.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes in condition.Assist with daily living activities for patients, including feeding, bathing, and dressing.Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times.Required Skills & Experience :

Previous experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is preferred.Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly.Strong attention to detail and patient care.Experience working in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting is a plus.Education :

Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.Required Certifications & Licensure:

Active LPN License in New York StateBLS/ALS CertificationDriver's License (Preferred)Covid Vaccination or Signed Declination
