Come innovate with us and drive positive change!As a Senior Engineer at Authorium, you will be a key technical contributor in building our innovative document process automation platform. You'll work on complex challenges at the intersection of document management, workflow automation, and data integration. Your expertise will help shape our technical architecture while delivering robust solutions that transform how government agencies work.How you'll make an impact :Own and architect significant technical features from conception to production deploymentWrite clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices and security standardsCollaborate with product and design teams to implement elegant solutions for complex workflow challengesMentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentationDrive technical discussions and contribute to architectural decisions that shape our platformContribute to our continuous integration and deployment processesRequirementsWhat makes you qualified for this role :5+ years of software engineering experience, with significant work on enterprise SaaS applicationsExperience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and optimization techniquesProven track record of building scalable, maintainable software systemsStrong knowledge of software development principles and design patternsExperience with cloud services (AWS) and containerization technologiesFamiliarity with CI / CD pipelines and automated testing practicesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote environmentPreferred Qualifications :Experience with document processing and workflow automation systemsKnowledge of security best practices and compliance requirementsFamiliarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systemsExperience with Redis, Sidekiq, or similar background processing systemsExperience working with government or enterprise clientsContributions to open-source projectsSalary Range : $160,000-180,000100% benefits coverage for employeeFlexible PTOHome office stipendWhat you'll love about working here :Opportunity to solve complex technical challenges that directly impact government efficiencyCollaborative, remote-first culture that values autonomous decision-makingWork with modern technologies and best practicesClear path for growth and professional development
