They are currently seeking a Senior Tax Manager with a CPA, specializing in individual tax for high-net-worth clients, S Corps, real estate tax, partnerships, and more. Each day will present new and interesting challenges, offering opportunities to learn, grow, and advance your career.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the preparation and filing of individual and corporate tax returns.Develop and implement strategic tax planning initiatives to minimize client liabilities.Stay current on tax laws and regulations, conducting research to ensure compliance and uncover tax-saving opportunities.Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness for tax purposes.Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on complex tax-related matters.Supervise and mentor junior tax associates, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.Communicate effectively with clients, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to build lasting relationships.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA certification is required.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in individual and corporate tax, with a strong focus on high-net-worth clients.Proficiency in tax preparation software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Needs to currently be commutable to the San Francisco, CA office.What They OfferHybrid Schedule: Get trained in a supportive environment with a hybrid schedule—3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.Longevity: This could be your forever home.
