Develop and implement production schedules and resource plans to ensure efficiency and cost control.Continuously evaluate and improve workflows, reducing bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and lead times.Manage all production calendar delivery and deadlines.Troubleshoot real-time production challenges to prevent delays and quality issues.Identify potential risks in production and develop proactive solutions to avoid disruptions.Work alongside the technical design team to ensure fit and grading are executed correctly before production begins.Quality Control & Attention to Detail
Maintain flawless craftsmanship by enforcing rigorous quality control protocols at every stage of production.Oversee and manage overseas QC process.Oversee all aspects of production to maintain brand consistency.Identify recurring quality issues and implement corrective action plans with vendors and factories.Establish and maintain strong relationships with factories, suppliers, and contractors to secure priority production slots.Source new factories and suppliers to expand production capabilities and enhance cost efficiencies.Negotiate cost-effective terms without compromising on quality.Implement vendor scorecards and performance evaluations to ensure accountability and excellence.Financial & Budget Oversight
Develop and own the entire production budget, ensuring cost efficiency at every stage.Track and analyze production expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and strategic investments.Ensure that materials sourcing, labor costs, and production expenses align with company financial objectives.Optimize order quantities and cost breakdowns to balance production needs with inventory management.Lead and mentor the production team, instilling a culture of precision, efficiency, and accountability.Work closely with Design, Product Development, Logistics, and Sales to synchronize production with market demand.Bridge communication gaps between technical design teams and factories to ensure smooth execution.Act as the point person for troubleshooting production issues, making decisive calls under tight deadlines.Ensure cross-functional teams understand and adhere to seasonal production calendars.Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Monitor stock levels, fabric allocations, and raw materials inventory to avoid shortages or overproduction.Develop strategies to minimize waste, improve stock turnover, and manage excess inventory effectively.Oversee warehouse and distribution logistics, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.Track shipments, oversee customs clearance, and resolve delivery issues.Who You Are
10+ years of experience
in production leadership within the fashion industry.Proven ability to manage high-volume production while meeting strict deadlines.Extremely detail-oriented, disciplined, and driven—you demand excellence in everything you do.Deep understanding of garment manufacturing, materials, and quality control processes.Strong negotiation skills with experience managing suppliers, vendors, and budgets.Excellent communicator and problem solver who can make quick, strategic decisions under pressure.Able to juggle multiple projects, stay ahead of timelines, and ensure seamless execution.At
