You’ll work closely with leaders across multiple teams to deliver modern marketing solutions for our clients, including Adobe and Salesforce experience platforms, marketing automation, data and workflow tools, website solutions, AI pilots, CDPs, DAMs, and asset management systems.You’ll help manage client communications related to solution execution, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic problem-solver. You will set the direction for your team, ensuring collaboration, efficiency, and innovation in solution delivery. While overseeing one or multiple teams, you’ll provide input on strategic decisions, manage scope, risk, and opportunities, and drive successful project execution within budget and timeline constraints.Be accountable and responsibleHelp lead Experience Technology delivery teams, ensuring alignment with architectural plans, staffing needs, and resource allocation to achieve client goals and business outcomes.Partner with Client Services and Project Management to provide guidance and support in internal and client communications.Establish KPIs and business outcomes that drive solution strategy and delivery, ensuring end-product solutions meet client expectations and deliver value.To ensure continued growth, we will provide leadership and support for small-to-medium-sized accounts in partnership with Client Services.Partner with Solution Consultants and Client Services leads to grow the digital footprint within established Experience Technology accounts and expand into other service offerings.Work with assigned client service teams to deliver solutions in the pipeline through interdepartmental collaboration, leadership, and accountability.Help clients chart their future goals through people, processes, and technology.Evaluate and recommend solutions for client’s business needs which integrate with existing technology investments.Partner with the client services leaders on assigned accounts to help them reach their goals for organic growth and business development.Understand agency-wide capabilities and practitioners to ensure solutions teams are staffed with the correct skill sets to succeed and work on staffing and contracts with client service leaders.Work with MERGE’s internal alliance team to understand product pipelines and capabilities and assist in unlocking business opportunities.When necessary, work with business development on pitching new clients or responding to RFI/RFPs.These are the qualifications we’re looking for7-10 years of experience, with at least 2 years focused on solution delivery within an agency, systems integrator, or product team environmentAbility to adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and evolving business needs in a fast-paced environmentProven track record of leading technology delivery teams, ensuring alignment with architecture, staffing, and resource plansStrong client-facing communication and project management skills to guide internal and external discussionsExperience establishing and tracking KPIs to measure business outcomes and solution successHands-on leadership in small to medium accounts, ensuring growth and expansion within Experience Technology servicesExpertise in evaluating and recommending technology solutions that integrate with existing client systemsStrong collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally to align staffing, skills, and business objectivesExperience supporting business development efforts, including responding to RFPs and pitching new clientsKnowledge of enterprise marketing technologies (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, AI-driven solutions, DAMs, CDPs)Problem-solving mindset, with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and delivering measurable business impactMERGE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity EmployerMERGE welcomes and celebrates diversity regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, veteran status or people with abilities.
