Lead Daily Operations & Team Development – Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while fostering a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and professional growth.Ensure Quality & Compliance – Maintain consistency in food preparation, presentation, and safety standards by collaborating with the pastry chef and Regional Director while enforcing hygiene and health regulations.Manage Inventory & Vendor Relations – Oversee ordering, purchasing, and sourcing from local purveyors to maintain product quality, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.Drive Efficiency & Financial Performance – Manage administrative tasks, reporting via Restaurant 365, and ensure proper equipment maintenance while troubleshooting production and logistics challenges.Innovate & Elevate the Menu – Collaborate on seasonal recipe development, incorporating local and cultural influences to enhance both in-house dining and catering offerings.General Manager Qualifications
