As a leader in digital transformation, we are poised for explosive growth in 2025 with the launch of new products and concepts.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Chief Product Officer who can take ownership of the product vision, shape and grow the existing product team, and build the systems and processes necessary to manage the product roadmap. This role is part of the executive team and will play a critical role in the creation and execution of our overall vision.Key Responsibilities:Own the development and evolution of the product architectureLead the creation and management of the product roadmap, incorporating input from Sales and EngineeringBuild, develop, and lead a capable team to execute on all product functionsSelect and implement the systems and processes needed to support product developmentServe as the Chairperson of the Product Steering CommitteeMeasure and report on progress with the development of the product platformRequired Qualifications:Demonstrated ability to think conceptually and strategicallyBachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field, with formal business education considered a significant advantageAt least 10 years of experience in Product Management for software companies, with a preference for experience in later-stage startupsStrong proficiency in software engineering methodologies and techniquesExcellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skillsPreferred Qualifications:A proven track record of innovation in the retail industrySeniority level:
