Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making.Cash Flow Management:
Monitoring and managing the company’s cash flow to ensure financial stability.Budgeting and Forecasting:
Creating and managing budgets, as well as forecasting future financial performance.Risk Management:
Identifying and mitigating financial risks, including those related to investments, operations, and compliance.Investment Decisions:
Evaluating and making decisions on investment opportunities and managing mergers and acquisitions.Stakeholder Communication:
Communicating financial performance and strategy to stakeholders, including the board of directors, investors, and employees.Regulatory Compliance:
Ensuring the company complies with financial regulations and standards.Leadership and Team Management:
