We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Oncology Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting patients through their treatment journeys.Core Responsibilities:Deliver safe, competent, and quality care to patients and their families.Utilize the professional practice model of Relationship Centered Care, applying evidence-based nursing practices.Assess and evaluate patient care needs with a focus on critical thinking and effective management.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to create and assess patient care plans.Educate patients and caregivers on care plans, health promotion, and disease prevention.Communicate professionally and empathetically with patients, families, and care teams.Manage patient assignments within the Care Delivery Model of Modified Primary Nursing.Foster therapeutic relationships and consider patient values and cultural diversity in care delivery.Engage in process improvement initiatives and support quality improvement projects.Facilitate patient throughput and perform charge nurse duties as needed.Embrace lifelong learning and stay updated on best practices in oncology nursing.Education:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing considered with relevant experience or active enrollment in a BSN Program.Languages:
