Valley Hospital in Victorville, CA is looking for a General Surgery Physician to join our medical group.Position Details:* Bread and Butter General Surgery* Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM to 5PM)* Call Schedule - around 15-20 days (additional pay)* More than 4 ORs at the hospital but 4 is what we commonly use* With DaVinci robots - will eventually upgrade.* Not a trauma hospital.* No need for admitting patients as this is handled by the hospitalist and medicine.* Can start immediately (2024 Preferred)* Salary Range: 350K-400K annually.* Base Salary + Productivity Bonus* Sign-on bonus and relocation allowance can be also given.* Position is in Victorville, CA - around 45 minutes to Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga.Benefits* Competitive compensation* Production bonus* Health Insurance: self-funded EPO (HMO) no cost for provider* Retirement: 401k * CME Allowance * Relocation reimbursement * Sign-on bonus * Malpractice insuranceQualifications

Desert Valley Hospital offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs.
