Preferred Skillset/Experience: understanding of quality indicators, GG codes &bull

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: CVA, amputee, ortho, back surgeries, BI/SDH/SDA &bull

Personality Fit: organized, fast-paced, develops good rapport with patients and a variety of staff &bull

Required Education: PT or PTA license &bull

Scrub Color: black &bull

Time to Report: 8:00 am &bull

Who to ask for upon arrival: Natasha Lavato &bull

Parking: first day will be at front entrance

once badged, can enter through back/employee entrance
