Your Responsibilities as a Registered Nurse:
Lead patient assessments, supervise care, customize care plans, and address patient concerns to deliver exceptional treatment.
Build strong connections with patients and families to fully understand their needs and support their recovery process.
Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless patient care and provide direct support when necessary.
Be a reliable resource for fellow staff, helping them manage complex patient cases.
Celebrate the accomplishments and progress of our patients!
Qualifications:
Valid RN license as mandated by state regulations.
CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
CRRN certification preferred.
One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
