Job Description
Install, modify, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and load new and existing electrical lines, circuits, systems, and associated fixtures, controls, and equipment
Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment
Maintain organization's production equipment
Repairs and maintains, in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer's specifications, machinery and mechanical equipment, such as die cutters, sheet-fed presses, inserting machines, folders, conveyor systems, bindery equipment etc. using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments
May repair or reproduce parts using welders or machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, surface grinders or other machine shop equipment
Building repairs and other miscellaneous duties as assigned
May provide oversight of work conducted by junior-level staff and/or review/audit work for accuracy
May update and maintain shift schedules in the time and attendance system, as well as enter attendance transactions
Qualifications:Qualifications
Thorough knowledge of the construction, installation, operation, and troubleshooting of sophisticated circuitry and controls associated with unique projects
Examples include ability to formulate the layout sketch of required electrical circuits, wire new test setups, install strain gauge circuits and recording instruments as needed by the test program to measure performance of test articles, check the installed system to insure that specified electrical test conditions are attained, and may troubleshoot the electrical portions of the test equipment during test programs to determine cause of malfunction
Critical limits are controlled by intricate interlock of safety systems of novel design and great complexity
Knowledge and ability to anticipate and respond quickly to danger signs as they become evident through intricate warning systems to avoid loss of time and expensive equipment
Must have skill in the use of hand tools, power tools and test equipment needed to perform job effectively
Knowledge of electronics to electronic components such as resistors, capacitors, and transistors
Ability to interpret complex multiview drawings, sketches, wiring diagrams, manufacturers' specifications, and other technical material to isolate malfunctions in such devices as hydraulic pumps and motors, mechanical clamping devices, and electric or hydraulic axis drive and positioning systems
Knowledge of OSHA, HazMat, Lock Out Tag Out, NEC, etc.

The pay range for this role at the noted location is
$29.29 to $42.23
per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
