11 wk assignment. Midshift (11a-11p), 3 shifts/wk including weekends. HS diploma/GED (R). Certificate of successful completion of an approved phlebotomy program (R). BLS (R). Minimum 1 yr exp as Nurse's Aide or equivalent exp (R). Adult & pediatric clinical exp for phlebotomy skill set (P). Qualification to perform the following core tasks: vital signs, phlebotomy, EKG & some Point of Care Testing (e.g. HCG and urine dip) (P). Scrubs (no royal blue or gray); top/bottom should match.
