Realize Your Vision as a Registered Nurse
Oversee patient care, lead assessments, develop tailored care plans, and address concerns for exceptional recovery outcomes.
Build strong relationships with patients and families to understand their needs and enhance recovery experiences.
Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Provide support and guidance to teammates dealing with complex patient situations.
Celebrate and recognize patient achievements and milestones.
Qualifications
Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations.
CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
CRRN certification preferred.
One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
