Your Role:
In this vital role, you'll deliver exceptional care primarily focused on respiratory health. You will utilize your nursing expertise combined with specialized skills to ensure our seniors enjoy the best quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:
Nursing Care:
Deliver personalized care with empathy and respect.
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance residents' overall well-being.
Follow community philosophy and adhere to policies/procedures according to State standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to care staff.
Respiratory Care:
Conduct respiratory assessments and implement interventions.
Manage oxygen therapy and respiratory equipment effectively.
Educate residents and their families on respiratory health management.
Develop and monitor individualized respiratory care plans.
Qualifications:
Valid unrestricted RN or LPN license in the state.
Compassionate, caring nature.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
