Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours of orientation

Experience: Minimum 1 year

License: OR license required, can submit with it pending

Certifications: EPIC charting experience required

Must-Have: Outpatient physical therapy experience

Job Description:

- Open to first-timers with a year's experience in outpatient physical therapy.- No on-call or weekend requirements.- Block schedules are not required.- Expected patient ratio is 1:11.- This is a critical access facility with 23 total staffed beds.- Scrub color is flexible; any color is allowed.- No COVID-19 vaccine is required; flu vaccine status is unknown.- Travel candidates may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby.- Module completion is required pre-start and annually, with an average of 16 hours spent.- Completion of modules is self-reported, and completion is recorded in Workramp transcripts.- Candidates are required to commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).
