Responsibilities: • Evaluate and monitor the clinical status of pediatric patients while in transit within Philadelphia, PA, US. • Document and manage patient vital signs, medications given, and other pertinent medical details accurately. • Work closely with the transport team and medical staff at hospitals to ensure high-quality patient care is provided. • Uphold patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations diligently. • Perform regular checks to confirm the functionality of medical equipment on a daily basis. • Maintain a safe environment for both patients and team members at all times. Qualifications: • Paramedic certification from a valid State and National Registry is required in Philadelphia, PA. • Possession of Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is mandatory. • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications are necessary. • A clean driving record and a current, valid driver's license are essential for this position. • Completion of ICS 100, 200, 700, 800. • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are a must. • The ability to thrive in high-pressure and fast-paced environments is required. • A deep commitment to patient care and safety is vital for success in this role.
