Position:

Paramedic - Per DiemShift:

36 hours (3 Shifts) per scheduling period (4 weeks) to include 12 hours of weekend coverage

Experience:Minimum of two years of pre-hospital advanced life support experience or equivalent experience.

Education:1. High school graduate.2. Successful completion of an approved EMT-Paramedic program or its equivalent.3. Successful completion of an approved CCEMT-P Program or Critical Care Nursing Program.

Licensures/Certifications:1. Satisfactory completion of practical and written examinations administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.2. Current Pennsylvania certification as an EMT-Paramedic or Pre-Hospital Nurse.3. Current driver's license valid in Pennsylvania with copy on file.4. Current BCLS and ACLS certifications with copies on file.5. Hazmat Awareness, and EVOC/EMSVO all are required.6. Other certifications are encouraged, such as: NREMT-P, PHTLS, BTLS, PALS, NALS, Firefighting 1 or equivalent.
