Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor productivity of labor force utilizing the workforce management system, reporting, and dashboards while providing feedback to operating divisions and managers on where over scheduling as well as under scheduling.

Responsible for running daily financial reports.

Build productive relationships with key partners across various fields such as Ops Finance, Revenue Planning, and Financial Reporting.

Develop an understanding of the business through objective financial analysis and proactively share insights with partners and leadership.

Evaluate current processes, make recommendations for improvements, and implement those improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

1+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field.

Experience with internal financial and accounting processes including LTP, Monthly Forecasts, and Month-End/Quarter-End Close.

Exceptional partnering and relationship-building skills across various areas and levels.

Ability to simplify complex issues and communicate clearly, incorporating storytelling techniques.

Strong experience with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Longview, and SAP.

Proven analytical and strategic-thinking skills with close attention to detail.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Open to college students pursuing a degree.
