Leading tax planning, technical reviews, and client audits across industries.•

Business Development:

Expanding the firm’s client base and ensuring long-term engagements with tailored tax solutions.•

Staff Development and Leadership:

Training and mentoring tax staff, including performance reviews and professional development initiatives.Compensation Overview

Partner compensation is highly competitive, ranging between $250K and $400K annually, based on:• The size of their client base (portable business)• Billable hours and effective ratesKey Qualifications

• 10+ years of public accounting experience, managing complex engagements• CPA certification (active)• Portable business of at least $2 million annually• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities• Ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationshipsBenefits Overview
