Reporting to the Associate Executive Director / Administrator, you will play a critical leadership role in maintaining clinical excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing resident satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team Development : Guide, mentor, and support a talented nursing team. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.Clinical Excellence : Ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, compassionate care that exceeds regulatory and professional standards.Compliance & Quality Assurance : Oversee adherence to federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
