Banking & Financial Services Litigation Team

North Jersey ,
South Jersey , or
Philadelphia . This full-time position offers the opportunity to represent lenders in
mortgage foreclosure
actions while working closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative and dynamic environment.This is a
non-partnership track position.Candidate Profile:
JD
from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction.2–4 years
of substantiveexperience
representing lenders in mortgage foreclosure actions .Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.Experience
handling all phases of foreclosure litigation , including pleadings, motion practice, and client communications.Bankruptcy experience
is a
plus .Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.Key Responsibilities:
Represent financial institutions
in
mortgage foreclosure litigation .Draft pleadings ,
motions , and
other legal documents
related to foreclosure matters.Manage case files , conduct
legal research , and
develop case strategies .Communicate directly with clients
regarding case progress and legal strategies.Collaborate
