What you get to do in this roleThis position plays a key role in helping to shape, execute and scale ServiceNow's rotational development program for early-in-career finance professionals. This role combines strategic leadership, talent development, and financial expertise to build the next generation of finance leaders.Program Development and ManagementDesign and maintain a structured rotation program across key finance functions including Strategic Finance, Accounting, GTM Finance, Corporate Development, Treasury, Tax, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Finance Product, and Internal AuditEstablish clear learning objectives, milestones, and success metrics for each rotationSupport curriculum development and training materials to advance participants' professional developmentCreate and maintain partnerships with function leaders to ensure meaningful rotation experiencesRegular evaluation and optimization of program effectivenessTalent ManagementCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on the selection and recruitment process for program participantsProvide mentorship and career guidance to program participantsDevelop an inclusive culture across the program.Design and implement assessment frameworks to evaluate participant progressFacilitate seamless transitions between rotationsCreate individual development plans aligned with participants' career goalsHost Manager CoachingCoach and guide host managers on best practices in developing early-in-career talentOnboard and train new host managers on program expectations and outcomesStakeholder ManagementPartner with the People team to align program with broader organizational talent strategiesCollaborate with finance leadership to identify strategic projects and opportunitiesBuild relationships with finance leadership to ensure program successRegular reporting to executive leadership on program outcomes and ROIStrategic LeadershipAlign program objectives with organizational strategy and future capability needsIdentify emerging finance skills and competencies needed in the organizationDrive innovation in program design and delivery methodsQualifications

To be successful in this role you have:10+ years of experience within program management, talent development, learning & development, or similar disciplines. Early-in-career talent management preferred.Strong understanding of finance principles and practices across various functions (Accounting, Strategic Finance, etc.)Proven experience in early-in-career talent development and mentorshipExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyPrevious experience managing a team of peopleExperience in designing and delivering training programsMaster’s degree in finance or related field preferredJV20Not sure if you meet every qualification? Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.Additional Information
