- Perform wound assessment and document wound characteristics.- Apply dressings and bandages.- Assist providers with treatment as needed.- Utilize skills in organization, planning, implementation, evaluation, and care provision tailored to the patient's specific needs.- Work in compliance with State Nurse Practice Act and follow relevant policies and procedures.- Support the goals and objectives of the Wound Care Center.- Maintain nursing standards in job duties and responsibilities.
