A national law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney to join its Los Angeles office. This position involves representing national and international insurance clients in complex coverage areas, such as professional liability, construction defect, pollution, cyber liability, and excess liability. This role is ideal for attorneys with a strong background in insurance litigation who are looking to take on a challenging caseload within a supportive, growth-focused environment.Location

Duties

Represent insurance clients in various litigation matters, including bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, cyber liability, personal and advertising injury, and excess liability casesHandle all phases of insurance coverage litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing motionsConduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex insurance coverage issuesCollaborate with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies and innovative solutions for clientsMaintain and manage a diverse caseload with a high level of responsibility from the outsetRequirements

Admission to the California Bar in good standingExperience in general liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, or other civil litigationStrong research, writing, and analytical skillsEducation

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications

Active Bar membership in CaliforniaSkills
