Partner with global commercial and marketing business leaders on initiatives that focus on attracting, developing, and retaining talent aligned with the business strategy. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to talent management and development, change management, employee relations, performance, and succession planning, recruiting, Diversity & Inclusion, compliance and other business initiatives.Act as a strategic HR partner responsible for implementing HR priorities in support of the business strategy and annual business objectives for respective Executive leaders and client groups.Create and deliver effective and efficient HR processes and services tailored to unique business unit/functional needs including (but not limited to) talent assessments, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, talent development, retention, inclusion, and engagement. Identify competency, knowledge and talent gaps for future skill capability and create and implement targeted solutions.Partner with Talent Acquisition center of excellence (COE) to provide strategic staffing and recruitment consultation. Assist in identifying, interviewing, and selecting diverse and qualified candidates for open roles within assigned client groups.Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Manage and resolve complex employee relations and compliance issues through a logical and systematic approach. Conduct effective, thorough investigations when required.Essential Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher.9+ years of experience in HR partner roles and working in a matrix environment.Experience supporting multiple client groups and adapting to the needs of a changing biotechnology-oriented environment.Experience in lean and continuous improvement practices.Experience with Microsoft Suite and HRIS Software systems.Experience with reorganization change management and HR M&A.Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement environments.Strong conflict resolution skills and a solid background in conducting investigations.Experience working in the Life Science space.The base salary range for this role is $110-130k. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
