What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Execute GxP Learning strategy by collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs and implement appropriate technology solutionsDevelop training resources to address learning needs within functional departmentsEvaluate training requirements and participate in developing and delivering training materials for network initiativesCreate dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and metrics for quality, operations, and R&D processes using technologyManage projects and training initiatives that support the Learning Network and GxP initiatives to meet strategic business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):Doctorate degree and 3 years of Operations and/or Development experience, or Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years, or Associate's degree and 12 years, or High school diploma/GED and 14 years of Operations and/or Development experienceMinimum of 3 years experience directly managing people and/or leadership experience leading teams or projectsExperience in a highly regulated environment, preferably in biotech or pharmaceuticalStrong change management skills with the ability to simplify and improve business processesEffective verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Bachelor's degree in education, science, or related disciplineMinimum of 8 years of experience with at least 5 years designing and implementing programs from needs assessment to delivery5 years experience with eLearning tools and other learning technologiesDemonstrated creative problem-solving skills under resource constraints and time pressure
