As a PRN Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting nursing assessments, evaluating client health needs, and coordinating care with treatment teams. You will have the chance to work closely with clients, providing education and support while ensuring their health and safety during treatment.

Key Responsibilities:•Perform nursing assessments and evaluate client health needs with a high level of clinical competence.•Coordinate care with treatment teams to create action plans based on client needs.•Monitor client health status and provide education on disease prevention and health management.•Administer medications and oversee compliance with state regulatory standards.•Consult with physicians and manage medical emergencies as needed.•Complete all required documentation in a timely manner according to company policies.•Demonstrate a commitment to the long-term goals and objectives of the organization.
Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:•Current Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice.•Must be willing to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services.•BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
Additional Qualifications:•Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.•Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect checks.
Physical Requirements:•Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull objects.•Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.•Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.
