Currently partnered with a stealth startup building an AI model capable of quantitative reasoning on par with a human engineer. This model will disrupt various engineering industries, including building systems, aerospace, industrial, automotive, and beyond.What we're looking for:Educational background in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a strong understanding of Neural Networks.Experience with post-training models.Experience fine-tuning large open-source LLM models.Experience with RAG.All-round foundation model expertise.This role offers a 7-figure total compensation package, is equity heavy (with a strong base salary), and you'll be working with some of the best engineers in the industry, including the ex-CTO of two companies with over 100,000 employees.Hybrid in SF - Super quick interview process.
