Must-Have:- Required to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants- Mandatory reporting of start of care visits the next day- Clinical notes and documentation due within 48 hours of visit- Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office- Be generally responsive during normal business hours

Job Description:- Conduct start of care visits and prioritize them effectively- Supervise and provide guidance to Physical Therapy Assistants- Ensure timely completion of clinical notes and related documentation- Communicate effectively with the supervisor, intake personnel, and office staff- Provide care across the designated territory, with potential expansion as needed- Attend initial training, including three full days: one in-house and two in the field- Use the Kinnser documentation system to maintain accurate records- Utilize provided equipment including an iPad and Verizon One Talk- Mileage reimbursement for travel from first to last patient

Additional Information:- Caseloads and visit mixes per day average to 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week- Productivity requirement of 30 points per week- Point to hourly conversion: 1 point equals 1.33 hours- Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor

Visit Type Point Value:- Start of Care: 2 points- Recertification, Resumption of Care, OASIS Discharge, Evaluation: 1.5 points- Revisit, NON OASIS Discharge: 1 point
