Job Description:

- Provide physical therapy services within assigned territories, primarily in Area #8 (Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, Kensington) and Area 2 (Oakland, Berkeley, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont).- Additional travel outside these areas may be required.- Weekend coverage may be required.- Must be willing to travel outside the designated area or work weekends if necessary to maintain weekly visit expectations.- Responsible for providing care to Covid+ and Covid PUI patients.- Perform routine visits, evaluations, discharges, and various types of follow-ups, understanding how each visit converts to points and corresponding hours.- Documentation, travel, and communication times are accounted for within the all-inclusive rate.- Ensure all issued credentials and health screenings are up to date and compliant.- Maintain adherence to contract specifications, including the timely submission of requested time off.- Ensure flexibility and commitment to cover holiday requirements.
