Job Details

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy and PlanningDevelop and implement financial strategies to support company growth and profitability goals.Lead long-term financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.Identify, analyze, and act on financial risks and opportunities.

Financial Reporting and ComplianceOversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including GAAP, IFRS, and applicable tax laws.Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.Establish and enforce financial policies, controls, and procedures to maintain fiscal discipline and integrity.

Accounting OperationsDirect and manage all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger.Drive process improvements in accounting systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Growth ManagementOptimize working capital and cash flow to sustain operational needs.Partner with operations teams to improve cost management and operational efficiency.Develop strategies to secure and manage funding for expansion, including debt and equity financing.

QualificationsEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification highly desirable.Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.Experience in the manufacturing sector strongly preferred.

Skills and CompetenciesDeep understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory requirements.Proven track record of managing financial growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.Proficiency in financial management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
