An EMT who works under the direction of a physician and a paramedic with protocols/standing orders in the field to provide safe skilled age appropriate care to patients. Participates in the assessment, planning, implementation evaluation of paramedic/nursing care, within the objectives, standards and policies of the medical center and within the scope of his or her preparation. Agrees with culture and models appropriate behavior as exemplified in AMMC's Mission/Vision Statement and Standards of Performance. Reflects a commitment to continuous quality improvement.

Requirements:

Current verified licensure as an Arkansas EMT and current driver's license. (ITLS or its equivalent required within 1 year.) CPR certified. Must maintain insurance eligibility through company insurer.
