Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy: Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Production Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently and within budget.Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality standards to deliver premium products.Safety & Compliance: Champion workplace safety, ensuring compliance with all OSHA, environmental, and company policies.Operational Excellence: Drive lean manufacturing and cost optimization initiatives.Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with R&D, sales, and logistics teams to align plant capabilities with market demands.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, track key performance indicators, and report progress to senior leadership.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.Proven track record in leading teams and managing complex projects.Why Join Us?
