Responsibilities:

Representing both borrowers and lenders in all aspects of real estate lending transactions.Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of real estate lending documentsProviding expert legal advice to clients on complex real estate lending mattersCollaborating with other members of the legal team to develop and implement effective strategies for managing real estate lending transactions.Keeping up to date with changes in real estate lending laws and regulations, and advising clients accordingly.Handling any disputes or litigation related to real estate lending transactions.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Admitted to practice law in the state.A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Lending Attorney, with a proven track record of representing both borrowers and lenders.In-depth knowledge of real estate lending laws and regulations.Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in complex real estate lending transactions.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.High level of professionalism and ethical standards.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
