Job Details

ResponsibilitiesHelp effectively solve legal problems for clients by analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of actionDraft pleadings, motions, contracts, and marital settlement agreements, handle the division of marital assets, judgments, and orders for a high volume of casesAttend court proceedings as needed to ensure effective representation of clientsCollaborate with Managing Attorney to effectively move files through the civil litigation processConsult with potential clients to ascertain their needs and decide on the next stepsEngage in matter management to ensure timely progress in all casesConfirm all work is consistently quality-reviewed for case law and written content/clarity

QualificationsAt least 4 years of family law experienceActive admission to the State Bar of South CarolinaJD degree from an accredited school
