Requirements:• BC• Active MO license.• BLS, ACLS

Responsibilities:• Assist in the directing & coordinating of activities in the Anesthesia Department.• Provide administration of general, regional, local & MAC anesthesia to a variety of patients.• Conduct pre-operative assessments & case reviews.• Conduct OR preparation, documentation, charting, & post-operative monitoring.• Start IVs, place NG/OG tubes, & conduct emergency airway management when requested.• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition.• Work directly with & mentor nurse anesthetist students along with other professionals working, training, & observing with the Anesthesiology Dept.• May participate in research studies & clinical trials as directed by the primary investigators when opportunity arises.• Provide services consistent with the CRNA's training & credentials.• Will work under the supervision of the Chief Nurse Anesthetist and be medically directed by an anesthesiologist in the provision of patient care.• Any other duties as assigned.
