Job duties may include but are not limited to:
- Shall perform all procedures and duties that are normal to the scope of that provider's particular specialty
- Recognize emergency conditions for proper treatment
- Direct and teach staff, provide educational lectures, and train in-service staff members
- Attend meetings to discuss specialty consultations and treatment plans ensuring medical readiness or referral onto Disability Evaluation System

Requirements:
- Graduated from a civilian two year x-ray/radiology technologist program board with an additional 1 year of cross training as an ultrasound technologist or have completed the Army x-ray technologist training program with a MOS of 68P.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a practicing hands-on provider in the last three years
- Must have BLS
- Ultrasound technologist shall be capable of scanning all ages of patients
- Ultrasound technologist shall be registered in OB/GYN, vascular and general sonography
