They are seeking a passionate and driven Trial Attorney with 2-8 years of experience to join our team. About the Role:
This is a 100% on-site position for a Trial Attorney focused on personal injury cases. We are looking for candidates who are interested in or already experienced in trial work. You will play a vital role in all stages of litigation, from case intake to trial.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of personal injury cases, including investigation, discovery, negotiation, and trial.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Take depositions and represent clients at hearings.
- Prepare cases for trial, including developing trial strategy, preparing witnesses, and presenting evidence.
- Advocate zealously for our clients and seek maximum compensation for their injuries.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in California.
- 2-8 years of experience in personal injury litigation, with a focus on trial work.
- Proven experience taking depositions and attending hearings.
- Strong litigation skills and a demonstrated ability to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
