Position Responsibilities:This position will be supporting the East Bay territory.Key leader in spirits execution in designated Market Unit.Lead Account Development Specialist (ADS) Supervisors directly, and ADS team in achievement of performance objectives.Coach ADS team to build strategies with specific customers and geographical areas by bringing knowledge to key decisions from all capability areas within the company.Collaborate with Business Unit leaders for a cohesive execution message for Reyes Beverage Group.Other duties as assigned.Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's Degree with 10 plus years of related experience and 6 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma with 13 plus years of specific experience and 7 plus years of management experience.Preferred Education and Experience:Master’s Degree.Benefits:At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
