As a Skilled Physical Therapist, you will develop and implement tailored physical therapy programs for our patients. Your expertise will help in maximizing patient progress towards functional goals while collaborating effectively with healthcare professionals.Qualifications:Knowledge of physical and developmental needs of various age groups.Ability to stay calm during emergencies.Graduate from an APTA-approved physical therapy program.Minimum one year of experience as a physical therapy aide.Current state license from the Board of Physical Therapy Examiners.Key Responsibilities:Provide direct patient care and evaluate functional needs and outcomes.Design and implement personalized care plans based on thorough assessments.Conduct therapy within established care standards.Lead and direct support staff to achieve patient goals.Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure positive outcomes.Adhere to hospital policies and maintain proper documentation.Participate in ongoing professional development and community engagement.Demonstrate strong communication skills in English.Show integrity and flexibility while working with residents and staff.Comply with all safety policies and infection control standards.Perform additional duties as assigned.We are an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion.
