Must-Have:

- Prescreen form completed and attached- Resume attached- License verification attached- Covid test 72 hours prior to the start date with results issued 48 hours prior

Job Description:

- Candidates must ensure the prescreen is filled out and attached upon submission.- Attach a resume and license verification; failure to do so will result in the candidate being declined.- Conduct a county criminal background check (7 years for all counties lived and worked).- Perform a federal criminal background check (7 years or more).- Conduct a multi-state criminal search (7 years or more).- Complete a nationwide sex offender search (7 years or more).- Conduct an HHS/OIG search and a GSA search.- Verify social security number trace.- Provide 1 step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray.- Conduct a SAM search.- References (3) are required for submission.

Position urgency is classified as normal. Bilingual capability and holiday coverage are not required for this position.
