The Chief Resource Officer role is a core component of our GCIB Analyst & Associate experience. This role is responsible for numerous junior banker initiatives, including staffing, professional development, training, and engagement. The CROs will lead the work in driving efficiency and productivity improvements through our business. CROs also serve as role models for driving and supporting diversity and inclusion and increasing engagement and connectivity with our teams and partners.Responsibilities:
Create a well-rounded work experience for junior bankers by exposing them to a diverse mix of transaction types, product areas, and senior bankers.Actively monitor junior banker work volume and assignments.Oversight of performance management in partnership with industry group leads.Deliver mid-year and year-end performance reviews to the junior bankers in partnership with industry group heads.Ensure oversight of talent development for each junior banker in the group based on strengths, weaknesses, career interests, and the needs of the group.Evaluate group-specific and one-off training needs.Serve as oversight on all campus, lateral, and internal mobility recruiting initiatives.Help to manage summer interns including performance management and offer decisions.Partner with Group Head, COO, and HR to determine headcount needs.Identify opportunities to create efficiencies in work processes.Participate in workstreams to drive productivity and innovation in the business.Skills:

Pay range $350,000.00 - $350,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Discretionary incentive eligible. This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
