Job Responsibilities:Collecting and Interpreting Data : Gathering data from multiple sources and interpreting it to discover trends and patterns.Data Analysis : Analyzing data using statistical techniques to generate insights.Developing Data Systems : Creating systems that optimize data collection and quality.Data Integrity : Ensuring data accuracy by verifying and cleaning data regularly.Reporting : Preparing detailed reports of findings for stakeholders.Collaboration : Working with teams such as IT, Sales, and Marketing to ensure effective data use.Data Architect / Cloud Platform Architect (nice to have)

Data Modeling

Conceptual Models : Creating high-level models that define the major entities and relationships.Logical Models : Developing detailed models to outline data structures without considering physical implementation.Physical Models : Translating logical models into technical specifications for database creation and maintenance.

Data Integration

ETL Processes : Designing Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure smooth data flow from various sources to the data warehouse.Data Warehousing : Architecting and managing data warehouses that store integrated, historical data from across the organization.

Data Governance

Standards and Policies : Establishing data management policies and standards to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.Data Stewardship : Collaborating with data stewards to ensure data consistency and integrity.

Additional Responsibilities

Enable Delivery Teams : Providing optimal delivery solutions/frameworks and building relationships with executives, technical leaders, product owners, peer architects, and other stakeholders.Competency Building and Branding : Ensure completion of necessary trainings and certifications, develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), case studies, demos, etc.Team Management : Anticipate new talent requirements, ensure adequate onboarding and training, manage team attrition, and drive diversity in leadership positions.Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $100,000 to $200,000.
