We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our legal team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned attorney looking to make a significant impact and contribute their skills and knowledge in the legal industry. The ideal candidate will be skilled in legal research, providing legal advice, legal assistance, insurance defense, personal injury, attending court hearings, handling legal documents, managing caseloads, commercial litigation, arbitration processes, and maintaining excellent research. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case proceedings.2. Provide legal advice to clients on various legal matters, ensuring all advice is accurate and actionable.3. Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.4. Represent clients in court hearings, confidently presenting cases and defending client interests.5. Manage a diverse caseload effectively, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance.6. Engage in insurance defense and personal injury cases, utilizing industry knowledge to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.7. Handle commercial litigation cases, developing and implementing effective litigation strategies.8. Participate in arbitration processes, advocating for client interests and seeking fair resolution.9. Collaborate with the legal team and other stakeholders to ensure all case-related matters are handled efficiently.10. Stay updated with current laws and regulations related to our field of work to maintain compliance and ensure the provision of accurate advice.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an attorney, preferably in insurance defense, personal injury, and commercial litigation.3. Must be licensed to practice law in the state.4. Proficient in conducting legal research and providing accurate legal advice.5. Experience in drafting and managing legal documents.6. Excellent skills in managing a diverse caseload.7. Proven record of representing clients in court hearings.8. Knowledge and experience in arbitration processes.9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.12. Strong ethical and professional standards.
