We're hiring!  Michelin-rated Tiger Fork is looking for customer-service oriented hosts with a passion for hospitality. This role is the first face a guest sees upon entering the restaurant, setting the tone for the guest experience. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and a team mentality, are guest-centric, outgoing, and energetic, we would love to speak with you!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using Resy, our reservation platform
- Communicate effectively with guests, providing information about the restaurant and menu
- Coordinate with servers and other staff members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and lobby area
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure in a high-volume setting
- Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail
- Outgoing personality with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service
- Familiarity with Resy or OpenTable, or similar reservation platforms is required
- Thursday through Saturday availability is a must along with ability to arrive in time and ready to work scheduled 5pm shifts
